Tesco's marketing emails were dated, content heavy and too frequent. My initial brief was to bring them up-to-date by making them relevant, responsive and on-brand, plus produce supporting design guidelines.
During the major rebrand I worked closely with the brand team to ensure all digital assets follow the new brand design standards and UI principles, creating digital guidelines for use across Tesco to ensure best practice and consistency.
As a senior designer in the creative team, I've since been responsible for the concept and design of cross-channel marketing collateral for both digital and print, including display advertising, social, smartscreens, direct mail and press.
More recently focus has been on the Tesco Clubcard loyalty scheme comms - both digital and print - and supporting testing and innovation.
